On 14 June 2019 the Cartel Court, at the Austrian Federal Competition Authority’s request, imposed a fine of € 378,000.00. The company had engaged with retailers to agree prices and restricted passive sales and distribution over the internet for the product category bikes in the period from January 2011 to November 2016.
Specialized Europe B.V. did not contest the decision. The decision is final.
