Administrative Internship at the FCA

Do you have a background in law, economics, or computer science and are interested in an administrative internship at the FCA? Then send us your application! 

The Federal Competition Authority ensures effective competition in Austria. The Competition Authority’s responsibilities include, among other things:

•    Investigations (Dawn Raids, Interrogations, Requests for Information)
•    Conducting sector inquiries
•    Reviewing mergers
•    Prosecuting violations of the prohibition on cartels or the prohibition on abuse of market power
•    Conducting proceedings before the Cartel Court and the Higher Cartel Court
•    Enforcing European competition rules in Austria

What you bring to the table

•    Current or completed studies in law, economics, or computer science.
•    Interest in competition topics and the work of a competition authority.
•    Analytical thinking and a meticulous approach to work.
•    Knowledge of a foreign language (e.g., English) is a plus.
