On 14 June 2019 the Cartel Court, at the Austrian Federal Competition Authority's request, imposed a fine of € 650,000 on Bose Ges.m.H.
The company had engaged with retailers during the period from November 2014 to March 2018 to agree resale prices for consumer electronics products.
Bose Ges.m.b.H did not contest the decision. The decision is final.
