On 30.10.2026 the Austrian Federal Competition Authority was notified of the following merger:
Planned purchase process
L.I.T. AG, Germany, intends to acquire all shares in and sole control over Duvenbeck Logistics Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, and its subsidiaries.
H - TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE H 49 - Land transport and transport via pipelines, H 49.4 - Freight transport by road and removal services, H 49.41 - Freight transport by road, H 52 - Warehousing, storage and support activities for transportation, H 52.1 - Warehousing and storage, H 52.10 - Warehousing and storage, H 52.2 - Support activities for transportation, H 52.26 - Other support activities for transportation
Deadline for bringing in an application pursuant to § 11(1) Cartel Act will end on 27.11.2026.
Entrepreneurs whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger can bring in a written statement at the Federal Competition Authority or the Federal Cartel Prosecutor within 14 days from publication date.
Note: The intervening party has no right to a certain treatment of the statement and will not gain a party position.
