On 22.09.2026 the Austrian Federal Competition Authority was notified of the following merger:
Planned purchase process
aptus 2754. GmbH with its seat in Munich (Germany) and the business address under c/o Blitzstart Services GmbH, Maximilianplatz 17, 80333 München and registered with the district court Charlottenburg under HRB 289781 B, intends to acquire 100% of the shares in and thus full control over ebutec holding GmbH with its registered seat in Dortmund (Germany) and registered with the district court Dortmund under HRB 37072.

Deadline for bringing in an application pursuant to § 11(1) Cartel Act will end on 20.10.2026.
Entrepreneurs whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger can bring in a written statement at the Federal Competition Authority or the Federal Cartel Prosecutor within 14 days from publication date.
Note: The intervening party has no right to a certain treatment of the statement and will not gain a party position.
