Mayr-Melnhof Karton Aktiengesellschaft (Vienna / Austria), intends to acquire, indirectly through MM Board Erwerbs- und Betriebs-GmbH (Neuss / Germany), the business operations from R.D.M. Arnsberg GmbH (Arnsberg/ Germany), a subsidiary of Reno de Medici S.P.A. headquartered in Milan, Italy. The transaction concerns the manufacturing of cartonboard.

Deadline for bringing in an application pursuant to § 11(1) Cartel Act will end on 02.10.2026.
Entrepreneurs whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger can bring in a written statement at the Federal Competition Authority or the Federal Cartel Prosecutor within 14 days from publication date.
