Acquisition of 51 % of the shares in and sole control over ComDaTek GmbH by WIRmachenDRUCK, all Germany.

C - MANUFACTURING C 18 - Printing and reproduction of recorded media, C 18.1 - Printing and service activities related to printing, C 18.11 - Printing of newspapers, C 18.12 - Other printing, C 18.13 - Pre-press and pre-media services, C 18.14 - Binding and related services
Deadline for bringing in an application pursuant to § 11(1) Cartel Act will end on 30.09.2026.
Entrepreneurs whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger can bring in a written statement at the Federal Competition Authority or the Federal Cartel Prosecutor within 14 days from publication date.
Note: The intervening party has no right to a certain treatment of the statement and will not gain a party position.
