On 21.11.2025 the Austrian Federal Competition Authority was notified of the following merger:
Planned purchase process
VGP European Logistics 4 S.à r.l., Luxembourg, a joint venture of VGP N.V. (Belgium) and Areim Pan-European Logistics Fund (D) AB (Sweden), intends to acquire approximately 74.9 % of the shares in VGP Park Graz 2 S.à r.l., Luxembourg, and VGPPark Laxenburg S.à r.l., Luxembourg as well as a controlling interest in other companies holding logistics assets in Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal, from VGP N.V. VGP Park Graz 2 S.à r.l. owns a logistic property/park in Graz. VGP Park Laxenburg S.à r.l.

Deadline for bringing in an application pursuant to § 11(1) Cartel Act will end on 19.12.2025.
Entrepreneurs whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger can bring in a written statement at the Federal Competition Authority or the Federal Cartel Prosecutor within 14 days from publication date.
Note: The intervening party has no right to a certain treatment of the statement and will not gain a party position.
