On 07.11.2025 the Austrian Federal Competition Authority was notified of the following merger:
Planned purchase process
LSF12 Exmoor Investments S.à r.l, Luxembourg, and its subsidiaries (i) ERIKS Deutschland GmbH, Germany, (ii) ERIKS Immobilien & Service GmbH, Germany, and (iii) ERIKS N.V, Netherlands intend to acquire certain assets of the insolvent entities REIFF Holding GmbH & Co. KG, Germany, REIFF Technische Produkte GmbH, Germany, and Kremer GmbH, Germany, as well as 100% of the shares in and thereby sole control over the solvent entities and subsidiaries ROLLER-TECH S.à.r.l., Luxembourg, ROLLER BELGIUM S.r.l., Belgium, Evergreen S.A., Luxembourg, and REIFF Technical Products Shanghai Co. Ltd., China.

Deadline for bringing in an application pursuant to § 11(1) Cartel Act will end on 05.12.2025.
Entrepreneurs whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger can bring in a written statement at the Federal Competition Authority or the Federal Cartel Prosecutor within 14 days from publication date.
Note: The intervening party has no right to a certain treatment of the statement and will not gain a party position.
Non-prohibition of the merger
The Federal Competition Authority and the Federal Cartel Prosecutor have waived their right to apply for examination of the merger by the Cartel Court before the deadline. The standstill obligation (§ 17(1) Cartel Act) ends with effect from 26.11.2025 .
