On 06.11.2025 the Austrian Federal Competition Authority was notified of the following merger:

Planned purchase process

HarbourVest intends to subscribe, via funds managed by it, indirect non-controlling economic interest of at least 25% but less than 50% in MML Dorchester SCSp, a two-asset continuation investment vehicle that in turn will acquire more than 25% but less than 50% of Parkingeye Limited (London / UK) and 100% of the shares in LVO Investissement SAS (Bruges / France). As part of the Proposed Transaction, control of Parkingeye Limited will change from joint control to sole control by MML Dorchester SCSp. The transaction concerns parking management services and freight forwarding

H - TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE H 49 - Land transport and transport via pipelines, H 49.4 - Freight transport by road and removal services, H 49.41 - Freight transport by road, H 50.2 - Sea and coastal freight water transport, H 50.20 - Sea and coastal freight water transport, H 51.2 - Freight air transport and space transport, H 51.21 - Freight air transport, H 52.2 - Support activities for transportation, H 52.21 - Service activities incidental to land transportation

Deadline for bringing in an application pursuant to § 11(1) Cartel Act will end on 04.12.2025.

Entrepreneurs whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger can bring in a written statement at the Federal Competition Authority or the Federal Cartel Prosecutor within 14 days from publication date.

Note: The intervening party has no right to a certain treatment of the statement and will not gain a party position.

Non-prohibition of the merger

The Federal Competition Authority and the Federal Cartel Prosecutor have not applied for examination of the merger by the Cartel Court. The standstill obligation (§ 17 (1) Cartel Act) ends with effect from 05.12.2025 .
