Gloria Pitterle joined the AFCA in November 2023 in a public relations role. Her new role will encompass preparing the documents required to meet AFCA’s disclosure obligation, coordinating and replying to national and international press enquiries, working on the authority’s digital media presence, preparing its Annual Report, assisting in event management and many other tasks.
She graduated from St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences with a degree in marketing and communication. Her Bachelor’s thesis entitled “Framing in political climate communication” received the Franz Bogner Science Award as the second-best BA thesis on PR in Austria from Public Relations Association Austria.
She is currently also studying for a Master’s degree in political science at the University of Vienna.
