LEDO Jégkrém és Fagyasztott Élelmiszer Gyártó és Forgalmazó Korlátolt Felelősségű Társaság, Hungary, vi. Ledo, podjetje za trgovino s sladoledom, zmrznjeno hrano in storitve, d.o.o., Slovenia, vii. Društvo Za Proizvodnju, promet roba i usluga “Ledo” d.o.o. Podgorica, Montenegro, viii. Ledo Sh.p.k., Kosovo; and ix. FRIKOM BEOGRAD DOOEL Cucer Sandevo, North Macedonia.

The transaction relates to the manufacturing and supply of frozen food and ice cream.

Deadline for bringing in an application pursuant to § 11(1) Cartel Act will end on 28.04.2021.
