Unfair Competition Act

The Federal Competition Authority, in common with the Federal Chamber of Labour, the Federal Economic Chamber and the Trade Union Federation, is entitled to apply for a cease-and-desist order in the case of unfair, aggressive or misleading practices, comparative advertising and bonuses, as well as the use of customer cards.
