In 2017, the Federal Competition Authority will organise the third Cartel Law Moot Court together with the law firm DORDA Rechtsanwälte GmbH and the European Law Student´s Association.
Interested students can contact ELSA (Martina Köck, vpmc[at]elsa-austria.org) to apply for the Moot Court. The application deadline is 13rd February 2017.
The pleadings will take place on 16th May 2017.
