On 10.12.2021 the Austrian Federal Competition Authority was notified of the following merger:

Planned purchase process

Establishment of RBG Holding Beta GmbH by Raiffeisenbank Steyr eGen, Raiffeisenbank Inneres Salzkammergut eGen, Raiffeisenbank Region Ried i.I. eGen
und Raiffeisenbank Region Pregarten eGen, with shares of 25% each to participate in the following transactions:
Acquisition of 42.5% of the shares in RBG Asset Management und Holding GmbH by (i) RBG Holding GmbH and (ii) RBG Holding Beta GmbH from RealBestand
Immobilien GmbH & Co KG, which retains a 15% stake in RBG Asset Management und Holding GmbH. As a result, RBG Holding Beta GmbH, RBG Holding GmbH
and Realbestand Immobilien GmbH & Co KG will jointly acquire indirect (co-)controlling influence over Raiffeisen OÖ RealInvest GmbH, which will
subsequently acquire 100% of the shares in each of Real-Treuhand Logistik s.r.o. and L-Flur GmbH & Co OG and will become the direct owner of the following three
assets: Fachmarktzentrum Schwanenstadt, Nussdorfer Markthalle, Zinshaus Wien −Am Spitz.

Industry sector: L - Grundstücks- und Wohnungswesen

Deadline for bringing in an application pursuant to § 11(1) Cartel Act will end on 07.01.2022.

Entrepreneurs whose legal or economic interests are affected by the merger can bring in a written statement at the Federal Competition Authority or the Federal Cartel Prosecutor within 14 days from publication date.

Note: The intervening party has no right to a certain treatment of the statement and will not gain a party position.

Non-prohibition of the merger

The Federal Competition Authority and the Federal Cartel Prosecutor have not applied for examination of the merger by the Cartel Court. The standstill obligation (§ 17 (1) Cartel Act) ends with effect from 08.01.2022 .
