We are delighted to announce that our paper “COMPETITION LAW, POLICY AND REGULATION IN THE DIGITAL ERA: EXPERIENCES OF THE AUSTRIAN FEDERAL COMPETITION AUTHORITY” has been accepted and the Austrian Federal Competition Authority (AFCA) is therefore one of the nominees for the Antitrust Writing Awards 2022, which is organised by Concurrences and the George Washington University. Our nomination is in the category “Soft Law” and the subcategory “Digital”.
