The complaint should include at least the following data:

  • Information about yourself and your company
  • Information about the company accused
  • Relationship with the company accused
  • Relevant product or service
  • Documents confirming the allegations (text of agreement, negotiations or minutes of meetings, terms and conditions, business documents, newsletters, correspondence, notes of telephone conversations)
  • Possible respondents
  • Geographical coverage
  • Target of the complaint
  • Possible proceedings before other authorities
