Sector inquiry: Electricity markets - Interim reports

The Federal Competition Authority in close cooperation with the energy markets regulator Energie-Control GmbH (E-Control) has been conducting a sector inquiry ("general investigation") into the electricity markets since fall 2004.

So far two interim reports have been prepared and published. English translations of these documents are now available:
